1. Introduction Welcome to DataClo, a secure anonymous file-sharing platform. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services. 

2. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. 

3. Your Account and Security 

You must keep your password and encryption keys secure. 

If you forget your password, you will lose access to your data unless you have retained a recovery key. 

We will never ask for your password via email. 

4. Your Data 

You control access to your data. 

If you allow others to access your data, you are responsible for their actions. 

You must maintain backups of all data stored on our service. 

If our services are terminated, we may delete all your data. 

We may perform deduplication of files without viewing them. 

5. Prohibited Activities You must NOT: 

Violate any applicable laws. 

Share or store illegal, offensive, or infringing content. 

Engage in phishing, spam, or fraudulent activities. 

Disrupt or interfere with our services or networks. 

Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems. 

Share your password or encryption keys with unauthorized persons. 

6. Suspension and Termination 

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. 

In case of termination, we may delete your data immediately. 

7. Limitation of Liability 

We are not liable for any data loss, security breaches, or service interruptions. 

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. 

8. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
